RETURN POLICY

Free returns are available for all full price items within 14 days of purchase, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Purchases must be returned with the original Returns Form. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all tags attached and any related accessories included. Incomplete, damaged or worn returns, or anything reasonably believed by Mark Cross to have be used, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
